  • Where are your suits made?

    We partner with a factory in Dalian, China.

  • Is everything on your website custom made?

    Yep, everything except our accessories. It’s kind of our thing.

  • Can I order just a suit jacket?

    For sure. You’ll find we’re pretty amenable. If something isn’t online, please contact our Customer Experience team

  • Can I make my two-piece suit into a three-piece?

    All our suits come in two-piece and three-piece. If you already placed your order and want to add a vest, please contact our Customer Experience team within 1 business day of placing your order (subject to fabric availability).

  • I just placed an order. Can I change the customizations?

    We cannot make any customization changes to your order after one business day. Customization change requests via email will not be accepted. Make sure you double check your fabric selection, measurements, and customizations before submitting your order.

  • Will you restock sold out items?

    Pieces from our seasonal collections are limited edition, so get ‘em before they’re gone. If you missed out, our Style Guides can recommend something similar. Just contact our Customer Experience team and we will be happy to help.

  • I have some ideas for a suit, can you do a custom design for me?

    Not at the moment, but maybe we can collaborate in the future.

  • Why don’t my pockets open?

    We apply temporary stitching to pockets and vents to maintain the integrity of your suit during shipment. This is meant to be temporary. Please remove the stitching with a trusty pair of scissors. Careful now.

  • Do you have any vegan suits?

    Not at the moment. Our suits are made with bullhorn buttons, horsehair interlining, and wool.

  • Are you able to produce Shatnez-free suits?

    We are unable to produce certified Shatnez-free suits at this time. Our suits may contain both wool and linen.

  • Can I make customizations that are not on the website?

    Not at the moment, but we’d love to hear what you have in mind so we can make it happen in the future.

  • Are the shirts dry clean only or can I machine-wash them?

    Most of our shirts can be machine washed on a cold cycle and tumble dried on a low heat. To be safe, double-check the care instructions on the tag inside your shirt to make sure.

  • Do you make suits for children?

    No – only for inner children. Some day, perhaps. They are the future.

  • How do I check my order status?

    Log into your account and go to your order history https://www.indochino.com/account/order-history.

  • Why is my order on hold?

    If you’re not sure why your order is on hold, please contact our Customer Experience team.

  • How do I know what style is best for me?

    We can certainly help with that. Contact us when you’re game.

  • Do the customizations cost extra?

    Nope. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, but customizations are on the house.

  • What are the widths of your suit jacket lapels?

    Here’s how our lapels (approximately) measure up, at their widest point:

    • Peak: 2.75 in / 7 cm
    • Wide Peak: 4.00 in / 10 cm
    • Notch: 2.75 in / 7 cm
    • Slim Notch: 2.36 in / 6 cm
    • Shawl: 2.75 in / 7 cm
    • Wide Notch: 4.00 in / 10 cm
  • Can I feel the fabric swatches before I order?

    You can feel our fabrics by visiting one of our Showrooms or by ordering a Tailor’s Kit. If you order a Tailor’s Kit, we’ll deduct the cost from your next suit purchase.
